Now Hiring: Automotive Mechanics

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles, including domestic, European, hybrid, diesel, and EV models from 2005 and newer.
- Performing accurate diagnostics using advanced shop tools like Snap-On and Autel scanners, and communicating recommended services.
- Completing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) through autotext.me to support transparent and informed customer communication.
- Taking part in ongoing paid training to stay current with evolving automotive systems and repair methods.
- Working as part of a collaborative, efficient service team to ensure timely turnarounds and exceptional customer experiences.
- Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and well-organized in line with shop policies and professional standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong working knowledge of brake systems, steering, suspension, engine performance, and light-duty diesel components.
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and repair software, especially Snap-On and Autel tools.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and a commitment to following proven shop procedures.
- A professional, customer-focused mindset that aligns with our values of honesty and precision.
- ASE certification is a plus. If you’re not certified yet, we’ll support your growth with paid training.
